EUROPEAN ROTORS is a four-day B2B event dedicated to the rotorcraft industry, offering certified training, seminars, and workshops. It's an important meeting place for industry leaders to network and exchange knowledge. The event is co-organized by the European Helicopter Association (EHA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and produced by Vertical Aviation International (VAI). It also hosts the well-known EASA Rotorcraft and VTOL Safety Symposium.
Since its launch in 2021 in Cologne, Germany, EUROPEAN ROTORS has grown rapidly. The second event was also held in Cologne, while the third moved to IFEMA in Spain, reflecting its increasing popularity with over 5,400 attendees and 231 exhibitors from around the world.
We will also write a detailed report on this year's conference, where over 5,000 people are expected to attend. The report will cover key highlights from the event, including popular sessions, new features, and attendee feedback. We’ll also include insights from visitor interviews and photos capturing the energy of the conference. This report will give attendees and organizers a clear view of the event's impact and areas for growth in the future.
From November 4th to November 7th, 2024, the European Rotors VTOL and Safety Conference will take place at the RAI in Amsterdam. This year, we had the unique opportunity to get an up-close look at the arrivals and preparations for this large-scale event.
Among this years 230 exhibitors are close to 20 aircraft showed on display. A particular highlight for us was the retired UH-1 helicopter from the Bundeswehr, which was prominently featured in its striking Search and Rescue (SAR) livery. This iconic aircraft, drew significant attention and stood out as a favorite among the exhibits.
